Sponsor an orphanage in Peru

The orphanage we support in Peru is called the Hogar Mercedes de Jesus. The orphanage cares for orphans as well as children from families who are too poverty stricken to care for them. The orphanage is located in a small town called Anta, about one hour outside of Cusco. The twenty-nine girls who live at the orphanage are between the ages of four and seventeen. The hogar is staffed with three nuns who are Sisters of the Marianitas order from Colombia. The Sisters have created a loving and structured environment for the girls in which they can mature into healthy young women.

By making a monthly donation to the Hogar Mercedes de Jesus, you will be making a significant contribution towards funding the running costs of the orphanage. Your donations will be used towards meeting the educational, nutritional and medical needs of the children.
